You must be an active Assurently member for a minimum of three months prior to the application date.

Assistance is available exclusively for renters residing within Appleton, WI, and the greater Fox Valley service area.
Verified Hardship
You must be facing a verified financial hardship due to an unexpected, significant event (e.g., job loss, medical emergency).
Assistance requests are reviewed confidentially within 7–10 business days. Approved funds are paid directly to your landlord to ensure prompt rent coverage.
Submit Request
Complete the secure online form and upload all necessary supporting documents.
Review & Verification
Our team reviews your details and verifies your hardship and eligibility (takes 7–10 business days).
Payment Sent
Upon approval, funds are securely transferred directly to your landlord for immediate rent relief.
